No Excuses College Tours and Programs is a Cincinnati-based nonprofit dedicated to increasing college access, readiness, and ambition for underrepresented youth. We believe that exposure changes expectations—when students see what’s possible, they begin to believe they belong in those spaces.

Through immersive college tours, leadership development programs, and culturally enriching experiences, we connect students to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), trade schools, and workforce pathways. Our mission is simple: remove barriers, create opportunities, and empower the next generation to dream bigger.

Founded by visionary youth advocate Eddie Hawkins, No Excuses has already impacted hundreds of students across Greater Cincinnati. From multi-state HBCU tours to community-based workshops and mentorship programs, we are committed to building futures—one student, one experience at a time.
