Our programs go beyond college tours—they strengthen communities and empower youth through education, leadership, and cultural enrichment. From back-to-school initiatives like Book Bag Blessings to mental health forums and literacy workshops, we create spaces where students and families feel supported and prepared for success.

Our flagship initiative, Dive Right, is designed to help students “dive right” into their future by building confidence, self-identity, and readiness for college and career pathways. Through interactive sessions, mentorship, and real-world exposure, Dive Right equips young people with the tools they need to thrive academically and personally.

Dive Right: Diversity Done the Right Way

Engages participants in sessions focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion through artistic expression, sports, and community service.

8 Week Summer camp

Comprehensive summer camp program focusing on various educational coping skills, engagement in arts, martial arts, step, health and wellness, and enhanced physical activity.

Shop with a Hero/Shero

Pairs students with local heroes for a shopping experience.

Benefits to Families: Supports families in providing for their children’s needs.
Benefits to Community: Engages local heroes to foster a sense of pride and community connection.

Outcomes:
